Process of Exam
Step 1
Lab's
Call to schedule your first appointment to get your process started.
You can reach us at 510-261-1677 for the Oakland Location or
209-460-1912 for the Stockton Location
The first appointment consists of getting lab's done, which is a requirement of Immigration. Labs must be done with civil surgeon.
Step 2
Lab Results
A week after your lab appointment, call the office to find out if Lab results were normal.
If any abnormal lab's, additional treatment will be required.
If lab's are ready/ normal a staff member will help you schedule your physical appointment. Which could take up to 2-3 weeks.
Step 3
Physical Exam
For physical appointment please bring the following:
-Identification Card
-Passport
-Work Permit, A Number or Asylum.
-Vaccine Record
Appointments are only on Thursdays for Oakland Location and Fridays for Stockton.
Where to get vaccines?
You can get vaccines at our office or at your local pharmacies/primary care. The pharmacies accept all insurances.
